And, when I ran an ugly version of clover from a USB drive, it didn't let me boot into El Capitan, it just blackscreened. So I don't understand why I can't boot into Clover anymore. I booted into Ubuntu from a USB drive to see if the SSD where I had El Capitan installed had been altered in any fashion and it was intact.
I tried booting from every possible drive it found and it didn't work. So, I tried manually finding the EFI partition in the F12 boot menu to boot into Clover, but for some reason it wasn't there.
After I installed Windows, it would default to Windows. Right before I installed windows, my computer would boot straight into the proper Clover bootloader. Here's what happened: I unplugged every drive, installed Windows and booted it once. The UniBeast graphics problem you are having may be caused by the GTX970 not being natively supported. If macOS still doesn't boot then there's something else happened that we haven't been told about. But yes, double-check your BIOS settings as suggested in case Windows managed to change anything. If that is the case then just using the Gigabyte BIOS boot picker menu (F12) will let you boot the now re-connected macOS drive. If you disconnected all drives except the Windows destination when you installed Windows 10 then it is not physically possible for it to have written to the macOS drive and damage it.
